Understanding our exchange and cancellation process
No Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and dispatched, we do not accept returns for refunds. This policy applies to all products without exception.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges for the following cases:
- check_circle Damaged Products: Items received with manufacturing defects or damage during transit
- check_circle Incorrect Products: If you receive a different product than what you ordered
48-Hour Reporting Window
All exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
⏰ Important Timeline:
Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours will not be entertained. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Uncut Parcel Opening Video Required
To process an exchange request, you must provide an uncut video showing the complete parcel opening process.
📹 Video Requirements:
- • Video must be continuous and unedited
- • Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- • Record the entire unpacking process
- • Show all product tags and labels
- • Display any damage or defects clearly
⚠️ Without valid video proof, exchange requests cannot be processed.
Product Condition Requirements
Products eligible for exchange must meet the following conditions:
- label Original Tags Intact: All price tags and product labels must be attached and undamaged
- shopping_bag Unused Condition: Product must be unworn and in original condition
- inventory_2 Original Packaging: Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- block No Stains or Odor: Products with any stains, alterations, or odor will not be accepted
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
- check_circle Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email to cancel
- check_circle Once order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- check_circle Refund for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5-7 business days
